Rice Paper Dumplings

45 kcal | 4g protein | 1g fat | 6g carbs

For my Asian flavor lovers, you know that craving. The soft, delicate dumpling that gives way the second your teeth sink in. The steam. The ginger blooming in heat. That savory, aromatic cloud filled with juicy, seasoned goodness that melts gently and lingers.
It’s that dumpling satisfaction you chase at your favorite spot, but made in your own kitchen, exactly how you like it.

Ikram Naim is the Founder and Creative Force behind The Art of The Clean Plate: Love Letters to Your Wellness & Taste Buds.

This book was built entirely by her, from the recipes' clean reconstruction and cooking to the photography, styling, writing, website creation and design.

Every detail was handled manually, with precision and care. No outsourcing. No shortcuts. Just time, discipline, and a clear standard.

Originally from Casablanca, Ikram moved to Dubai at 23 with 500 AED and no network. She built her career through structure and focus, before fully stepping into her passion for wellness.

After transforming her own body and relationship with food, she began documenting her journey, connecting with people who wanted results without extremes. This book became the natural extension of that process.

It is the result of over two years of consistent work. Page by page, recipe by recipe.

Her approach is simple: food should satisfy your cravings, support your body, and elevate your standards at the same time.

This book was built with intention.

Indulgent yet balanced. Fun yet precise.
Inspired by Ikram’s approach to wellness, beauty, and everyday pleasure.

Not just to give you recipes, but to raise your standard for how you eat, how you look, and how you show up for yourself.

You don’t need extremes to get results.
You need a system you can follow, consistency, and food that works with you, not against you.

Enjoy it.

The Inspiration

This book exists because in her weight loss journey she struggled to find delicious recipes that fit into her diet, so she started reconstructing her favorite recipes to their cleanest form, without sacrificing flavor, that's how this Cookbook was born.

Eating healthy shouldn’t mean giving up the foods you love and most people are tired of being confused.

Diet culture can be loud, contradictory, and often unrealistic. People are told to restrict, cut, eliminate, and suffer.
And it doesn’t last.

Her Cookbook cuts through that noise, the maze of diet culture and weight-loss myths, to deliver recipes and dieting facts backed by science.

This book is built on what actually works: structured nutrition, Blueprint, high-protein meals, and consistency. No extremes.
No guessing.

It answers the question she kept receiving:

“How did you lose 13kg in 7 months and keep it off?”

This is that answer, Fully Built Out.

A system you can follow, not just recipes you try once and forget.

Recipes that will keep you coming for seconds.

Who This Book Is For

This is for people who are busy, disciplined, and done wasting time. I get it.

If you work a full schedule, train regularly, and still want to eat well without overthinking everything, this is for you.

If you want structure without restriction, results without burnout, and meals that actually satisfy you, this is for you.

If you’ve struggled with consistency, cravings, or “starting over” every week, this is for you.
